If you buy any product from Narayandojo Stemclub Pvt. Ltd. And by chance if you find any type of defects or component missing then –

You can mail us at info.narayandojo@gmail.com with all the necessary information like (Damaged product Screenshot or Video, Missing product name), or the cause for which you are replacing the product also with the invoice. Then according to your problems, we will tell you the appropriate solutions and address for shipping the product if necessary.

If you find any component that is not working properly then:

General Instructions for replacement

You can replace your product under the 7 days from the day you will receive your product.

If you replace your product without any defect then the shipping charges on both sides are responsible for you.

If in our product you find any defect or missing then the shipping charges on both sides are responsible for us.

While you are replacing the product all the accessory of the product with the invoice should be include.

The return process can take up to 7 days.

Due to any cause if you are returning the product then the product is your responsibility until it reaches us.

If you are ensuring that the product is already in a bad or damaged condition then please don’t accept the order.
Ordered that you don’t need

If you ordered any product from Narayandojo Stemclub that you don’t need can only be replaced if it’s not used/ programmed/ plugged or any more. Used product can’t be replaced within any condition.
